1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Services

We provide professional packing, moving, and storage services, including home shifting, office relocation, car transport, international and local shifting, and warehouse solutions. All services are subject to availability and based on the terms outlined at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be made as per the agreed terms prior to or on the day of the service.
• We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or other available payment options. Any additional costs incurred during the move will be communicated and must be settled before service completion.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional charges.
• Failure to notify within the specified time frame will result in a cancellation fee.

5. Liability and Insurance

• We take utmost care in handling your belongings, but in the event of damage or loss during the move, we offer limited liability coverage.
• Insurance options are available for added protection and must be arranged before the move.
• Standard Packers and Movers are not liable for damages caused by force majeure events, such as accidents, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for informing us of any specific packing or moving requirements, including fragile or valuable items.
• All personal belongings must be packed, unless you have opted for our full packing services.
• Any hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items that require special permits are strictly prohibited.

7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

We strive to meet the agreed schedules; however, delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Standard Packers and Movers will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

8. Damage or Loss Claims

Any claims for damages or loss must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of the move. Failure to report within this time frame may result in the claim being invalidated.

9. Warehouse and Storage

• Storage services are available on a short-term or long-term basis.
• Items placed in storage must be insured. While we ensure the security of stored items, we are not liable for any damages caused by factors outside our control.
• Stored items not claimed within the agreed period may be subject to additional charges.

10. Use of Website

• All content on our website is for informational purposes only. You may not use our website content without prior written permission.
• We reserve the right to modify or update the content and pricing of our services at any time.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if any terms and conditions are violated or in situations where we are unable to perform the service due to unsafe conditions or unethical requests.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aurangabad, India.
